Written cancellation notification must be received in order to cancel your membership. This must be received 15 days prior to the end of the month. You can cancel your account within your profile page or by emailing lolcommunitynotify@liveoutloud.com If you have questions you can call our office at 888-262-2402 during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
